About Peter Warren
Early Years
I have lived in western MA for 12 years. I grew up in CT.
My career was in the commercial fire alarm/life safety field for 37 years. Starting with tools, promoted to sales and again to general management. I enjoyed having a positive effect on fellow employees, especially in the sales aspect.
Today
Today I am retired after much success. My wife and I reside in Monson with our two rescue dogs.
I’ve been in politics for 4 years. And currently serve as selectboard chair, Board of Health chair, Republican Town Committee chair, and Memorial Hall Renovation Committee chair. I have also served on Summerfest, an election worker, and helped with the renovation of our new food pantry in Monson.
The Decision
I was asked recently why I’m running for a state rep seat. Too often, democrats have run unopposed. I’ve always been one to jump in and fix things. And I’ve been watching our house and senate do as they please. I’m confident they fall in line for their own benefit, while not doing what the taxpayers want.
That’s where you’ll see that I’m different. I’ve already had a successful career. I’m not here for the money. And I’ll never vote for something that I don’t believe is in the best interest of our taxpayers. Period!
